Tips for Printing With Us
Bleed Size: 2.375 x 0.75
Size your image files to the Bleed Size to ensure your background extends to the edge of the card.
Safe Zone: 2.25 x 0.625
Illustrates the cutting margin. We can potentially cut the cards up to this point. Anything extending outside this area risks being trimmed.
We unfortunately are not able to render your file for print. This may be due to the following:
Your file may be too large. Please make sure your files are flattened and are below 50 MB each and try uploading your file(s) again.
Your file is corrupt. Please resave your design in a different format and try uploading your file(s). We prefer flattened TIF, PDF, or JPG files for upload submission.
Your file may be encrypted. Please flatten, and outline / embed all text and images for print and try uploading your file(s) again.
If you are still having trouble uploading, please email your file to service@overnightprints.de so we can troubleshoot the file for you. We will get back to you shortly.
Not Leaving A Bleed
please avoid this…
"Not Full Bleed" - Background is not fully extended to the edge. This will cause white strips to be around your card after it is cut. More information about the bleed zone and cutting tolerance is available here
do this instead…
Background extends all the way to the edge on both sides. Card will be trimmed properly.
Border design within the cutting margin
please avoid this…
"Borders" - We do not recommend borders due to the nature of our cutting. You will need to either remove the border, or put them well inside the safe zone. Do not place a border on the trim or bleed zone, it will be cut off or removed.

Out Of Zone Printing
please avoid this…
"Out of Zone" - The text is outside of the safe zone. This information will be cut off.
